Gormok:

Try to insert a BoP rotation on your tanks to reset the debuff.
If you are going to the end of the fight your tank need to use cds and your priests should give your tanks guardian angel or pain suppression after the tank cds are gone. Another point could be the gearing of your tank. Gormok is a dual wielder and his damage is related to the amount of snobold. A good avoidance+HP gear should do the job aswell.
There is nothing to add to the other replies before. A good timing of Healing Way should topp the tank together with the paladin in a short amount of time.
I doubt its an healing issue in your case, but without combatlogs its just a theory.

Jormungar:

This fight is pretty easy and a disc priest will help alot if the whole raid is shielded.
I guess the main problem for most of the guilds will be the acid breath. Use a range check. If the breath is going onto your range dps or healer, it should hit only one or two of them. But it can be a problem, if the breath hit 6+ raidmember.
And maybe there´s your problem. If the druid is rolling rejuvs on all those players you wont be able to outheal the druid. If your raid is running with a disc priest you will avoid the first acid damage. So there will be nothing to heal.
But i noticed in our raid 50% of the time it hit´s our melee´s. Nothing could be better then chainheal in this situation (hps wise).
After the first Jormungar dies (ok this is our tactic, we dont kill them together) you should spam the tank with everything you have. Your raid needs to spread out after the Jormungar burrows. Dont stay to close. If your tank isnt close enough, another raidmember will have aggro and dies instant. Stay at max. range and your tank should use a cd again. If nothing is ready give him a healer cd. Try to buff him before (ES, RT, 10%). The first hit was the key for us. I dont know why, maybe because 2-3 seconds later all the heals were rolling, but i cant say how often our tank was onehit. Give him all you have.

Icewhole:

After the patch this part of the fight shouldnt be an issue anymore. Even with an enrage you will be able to kill him now.
Dont stay in groups. The raid should be in a circle around him. Dont build a healer camp and everything is easy. The tank damage is moderate so there´s nothing special to tell you.
Yes, here comes the movement part of the fight, but honestly even without the runspeed it shouldnt be an issue.
Helpful things:
If you have alot of hunters give every hunter a group, switch aspect in the movement time.
If you have leatherworking specialisation use runspeed drums.
If everything is not available and movement is still an issue use runspeed enchant on boots.

Another topic:

Resto gearing. I dont think you can math your gear with a static haste HEP or mp5 HEP.
Aslong as you are not going oom, mp5 cant still have a value of 1. In this case the item cost of mp5 is to high. Furthermore, if you hit a haste cap (e.g. chainheal), haste cant be this high if you are not able to hit the next cap. So you will need to math the caps for ch, hw, lhw in 0.1 steps.
Then we will be able to say if haste is a desireable stat to gem or gear for.
The only static HEP in a healing scenaryo is spellpower and crit.
